नई दिल्ली, 25 जनवरी, 2006 सं. 6/2006 ( एन.टी. )-सीमा शुल्क का.आ. 91 (अ).-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 14 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( क ) के उप-खण्ड ( i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या 111/2005 ( एन.टी )-सीमा शुल्क, दिनांक 27 दिसम्बर, 2005 [का.आ. 1822 (अ) दिनांक 27 दिसम्बर, 2005 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए निर्यात माल के संबंध में बोर्ड एतद्वारा उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनों के लिए, यह अवधारित करती है कि इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची- I और अनुसूची- II के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक विदेशी करेंसी से भारतीय करेंसी में या भारतीय करेंसी से विदेशी करेंसी में संपरिवर्तन के लिए विनियम दर 1 फरवरी , 2006 से वह दर होगी जो उसके स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में वर्णित हैं :-

S.O. 91 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -clause ( i ) of clause ( a) of Sub -section (3 ) of Section 14 of the CustomsAct, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession ofthe notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance (Department of Revenue) No. 111/2005 (NT) --- Customs, dated the 27th December, 2005 [ S.O. 1822 (E) , dated the 27th December, 2005] , the Board hereby determines for thepurposes of said section relating to export goods , that the rate of exchange of conversion of each of the foreign currency specified in column (2) of each of Schedule -I and Schedule -II appended hereto into Indian currency or vice versa shall, with effect from the 1st February , 2006, be the rate mentioned against it in the corresponding entry in column(3 ) thereof.
