आदेश
नईदिल्ली, 25 जनवरी , 2006
का.आ. 94( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, पर्यावरण ( सुरक्षा ) अधिनियम, 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्वारा पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार के दिनांक 29 जनवरी , 1998 के आदेश सं. का. आ. 93( अ) मेंनिम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, नामशः:-
उक्त आदेश के पैराग्राफ 1 में, " आठ वर्षों की अवधि के लिए " शब्दों के स्थान पर " आठ वर्ष और छः माह की अवधि के लिए" शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

आर. के. वैश, संयुक्त सचिव टिप्पणीः मूल आदेश को भारत के राजपत्र में दिनांक 29 जनवरी, 1998 के का.आ. 93 ( अ ) के तहत प्रकाशित किया गया था और बाद में दिनांक 25 जनवरी, 2000 के का.आ. 68 ( अं ) , दिनांक 25 जनवरी , 2002 के का.आ. 108( अ ) , 28 जनवरी, 2003 के का.आ. 99 (अ) और दिनांक 3 अप्रैल, 2003 के का. आ. 396( अ ) द्वारा संशोधित किया गया ।

S.O. 94 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- sections ( 1) and (3) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry ofEnvironment and Forests , number S.O. 93 (E) dated the 29th January, 1998, namely:- Inthe said order, in paragraph 1, for the words " for a period of eight years" , the words " for a period of eight years and six months" shall be substituted.
