का.आ. 96(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, लोक अभिलेख अधिनियम, 1993 ( 1993 का 69 ) की धारा 13 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अभिलेखागार सलाहकार बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में नाम निर्देशन करती है और उस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 132 ( अ ) दिनांक 31 जनवरी , 2002 का संशोधन करती है।
उक्त अधिसूचना के क्र. सं. 10, 11 और 12 और उनके शीर्षक तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शीर्षक, संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
धारा 13 उप - धारा 2 के खण्ड ( घ ) के अधीन तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए नाम निर्देशित , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 27th January, 2006
S.O. 96 (E) . In exercise of the power conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 13 of the Public Records Act , 1993 (No. 69 of1993) the Central Government hereby nominates the following persons as members of the Archival Advisory Board for a period of three years and for the purpose, amends the Government of India , Ministry of Tourism and Culture notification No. S.O. 132(E) , dated the 31st January, 2002 .
In the said notification, for serial numbers 10 , 11 and 12 and their heading , and the entries relating thereto, the following heading , numbers and the entries shall be substituted , namely :----
