केन्द्रीय विद्युत सं. एल. 7/25(5)/2003-के.वि.वि.आ. विनियामक आयोग की यह राय है कि विद्युत के अंतर- राज्यिक व्यापार के लिए व्यापार मार्जिन नियत करना आवश्यक है ।
No. L- 7/ 25 (5)/2003-CERC.-Whereas the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission is of the opinion that it is necessary to fix trading margin for inter - state trading of electricity.
Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 178 ofthe Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003 ) , and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and after pervious publication, the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes the following regulations , namely :---
अंतः , अब , केन्द्रीय विद्युत विनियामक आयोग , विद्युत अधिनियम, 2003 ( 2003 का 36 ) की धारा 178 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों और इस निमित अन्य सभी समर्थकारी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तथा पूर्व प्रकाशन के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है , अर्थात :-
1. Short title and commencement.-( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fixation of Trading Margin) Regulations , 2006.
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्द्रीय विद्युत विनियामक आयोग ( व्यापार मार्जिन का नियतन ) विनियम, 2006 है ।
(2) These regulations shall come into force from the date oftheirpublication in the Official Gazette.
होंगे। ( 2 ) ये विनियम राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त
2. Trading Margin .-The licensee shall not charge thetrading margin exceeding four (4.0 ) paise/kWh on the electricitytraded, including all charges , except the charges for scheduled energy, open access and transmission losses.
2. व्यापार मार्जिन.-अनुज्ञप्तिधारी अनुसूचित ऊर्जा , खुली पहुंच और पारेषण हानियों के प्रभारों के सिवाय सभी प्रभारों सहित 4.0 पैसे/कि.वा.घं. से अधिक का व्यापार मार्जिन प्रभारित नहीं करेगा ।
Explanation : The charges for the open access include the transmission charge , operating charge and the application fee .
स्पष्टीकरणः-खुली पहुंच के प्रभारों के अंतर्गत पारेषण प्रभार, प्रचालन प्रभार और आवेदन फीस है ।
