राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्यक्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा राज्य सभा के लिए निर्वाचन । "निर्वाचनों का संचालन नियम, 1961 के नियम 11 के उपनियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 53 की उपधारा ( 2) में अंतर्विष्ट उपबंधों के अनुसरण में , मैं घोषणा करता हूं कि-
