S.O. 106(E) . In exercise of powers conferred by Section 13 of the Foreign Trade ( Development and Regulation) Act , 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) , the Central Government hereby authorises the officers specified in the column (2) of the Table below for the purpose of exercising powers under Section 13 read with Section 11 , subject to the limits specified against such officers in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) of the said Table and makes the following amendments in the notifications ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) No. S.O. 24(Ε) , dated the 20th January , 1999 and Notification No. S.O. 194(E) dated 6th March, 2000, namely :---
का.आ. 106( अ ). विदेश व्यापार (विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 की सं. 22 ) के भाग 13 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित तालिका के कॉलम ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट अधिकारियों को भाग 11 के सहित पठित भाग 13 के तहत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के उद्देश्य से उन अधिकारियों को सीमाओं के अधीन जोकि कॉलम 3 की प्रविष्टि के सामने उल्लिखित हैं , भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य मंत्रालय ( विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशालय ) की अधिसूचना सं . का.आ. 24 ( अ ) दिनांक 20 जनवरी, 1999 और नामतः अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 194 (अ ) दिनांक 6 मार्च , 2000 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाते हैं :-
In the said notification in the Table , after serial number 7 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted , namely:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की तालिका में , क्रम संख्या 7 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के बाद निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या तथा प्रविष्टियाँ जोड़ीजाएँगी, नामतः :-
