का.आ. 116( अ ) केंद्रीय सरकार, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1988 ( 1988 का 68 ) की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इससे उपाबद्ध सारणी ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त सारणी कहा गया है ) के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में यथावर्णित राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के सामने उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में यथा उल्लिखित तत्स्थानी खंड के उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ (3 ) में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट भूखंड को भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण को सौंपती है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 ofthe National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988) , the Central Government hereby entrusts the stretch as specified in column (3 ) of the table annexedhereto (hereinafter referred to as the said table), of thecorresponding section as mentioned against in column (2) of the said table, of the National Highway as described incolumn ( 1 ) of the said table, to the National Highways Authority of India.
