सा.का.नि. 42(अ).- भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग- II , खण्ड-3 , उप- खण्ड ( i ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, विधि एवं न्याय मंत्रालय, विधायी विभाग की दिनांक 30 अप्रैल, 2005 की अधिसूचना संख्या सा. का.नि. 253 (अ ), जिसमें निर्वाचन आयोग (समूह ग और घ पद ) भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियमावली , 2005 निहित है , में उक्त अधिसूचना की पाद टिप्पणी के रूप में निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि को स्थापित किया जाए:-
" टिप्पणी: - मुख्य नियम , दिनांक 26 अगस्त, 1988 की अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का. नि. 811 के अनुसार भारत के राजपत्र, भाग II खण्ड 3 उप- खण्ड ( i ) में प्रकाशित किए गए थे । "

G.S.R. 42( E) . In the notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Law and Justice, Legislative Department number GSR 253 (E) dated the 30th April , 2005 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary in Part II , Section 3 , Sub-section (i) dated the 30th April, 2005, containing the Election Commission (Group ' C ' and ' D' posts) Recruitment ( Amendment ) Rules , 2005 , following entry may be inserted as the footnote of the said notification :-
"Note: The principal rules were published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section ( i) , vide notification number GSR 811 dated the 26th August , 1988. "
