सं. काप्रप्र/औसं/ओएसआर/ संशो /472 /2005- 06.-बैंकिंग कंपनी ( उपक्रमों का अधिग्रहण एवं अंतरण) अधिनियम, 1980 की धारा 12 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कर्पोरेशन बैंक के निदेशक मंडल ने भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक से परामर्श करके तथा केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्वानुमति से एतद्वारा बैंक ( अधिकारी ) सेवा विनियम, 1982 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम एवं प्रारंभ:-
(1 ) ये विनियम बैंक (अधिकारी ) सेवा ( संशोधन ) विनियम, 2005 कहलाएंगे ।
(2) ये विनियम शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागूहोंगे ।
2. कार्पोरेशन बैंक ( अधिकारी ) सेवा विनियम, 1982 में
विनियम 6 के उप विनियम 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उप-विनियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा:-
" ( 2 ) उप - विनियम ( 1 ) के तहत पदों के वर्गीकरण के उद्देश्य हेतु, बैंक के बोर्ड द्वारा अनुमोदितं मानदंडों केअनुसार बैंक द्वारा बैंक की प्रत्येक शाखा वर्गीकृत कीजाएगी । "

No. PAD/IR/ OSR/ Amend /472/2005-06 . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 , read with Sub -section (2) of Section 12 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings ) Act, 1980, the Board ofDirectors of Corporation Bank, in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments to the Corporation Bank(Officers ') Service Regulations, 1982, namely :-
1. Short title and Commencement : -
(1) These regulations may be called the Corporation Bank (Officers ' ) Service (Amendment ) Regulations , 2005.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the date oftheirpublication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Corporation Bank (Officers ' ) Service Regulations , 1982 , for sub -regulation (2 ) ofregulation 6, the following sub -regulation shall be substituted, namely:-
"(2) For the purpose of categorization ofposts under sub -regulation ( 1 ) , every branch ofthe Bank shall be classified by the Bank, in accordance with the criteria to be approved by the Board of the Bank."
