सा.का.नि. 50(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, उत्प्रवास अधिनियम, 1983 ( 1983 का 31 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उत्प्रवास नियम, 1983 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम उत्प्रवास ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2006 है ।
(2) वे राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. उत्प्रवास नियम, 1983 में,-
(क) नियम 9 में " ( प्रारम्भ में पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए और 25 वर्ष की अवधि तक के लिए नवीकृत किया जाएगा ) " कोष्ठकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर " ( प्रारम्भ में पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए और पांच वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए नवीकृत किया जाएगा ) " कोष्ठक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
(ख) नियम १ क में " ( पच्चीस हजार रुपए ) " कोष्ठकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर " ( पांच हजार रुपए ) " कोष्ठक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 6th February , 2006
G.S.R. 50( E)-in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 43 of the Emigration Act, 1983 ( 31 of 1983 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Emigration Rules , 1983 , namely:
1. (1) These rules may be called the Emigration (Amendment) Rules, 2006.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Emigration Rules , 1983 ,-
(a) In rule9 , for the brackets and words " ( initially for a period of five years and shall be renewed for a period upto twenty- five years )", the brackets and words " (initially for a period of five years and shall be renewed for a further period of five years ) " shall be substituted:
(b) In rule 9A, for the brackets and words " ( twenty- five thousand rupees) " , the brackets and words " ( five thousand rupees) " shall be substituted.
