सं. पीईआरःपीए एण्ड पीडी : 351 : 2006.- बैंककारी कंपनी ( उपक्रमों का अर्जन व अंरतण ) अधिनियम, 1980 की धारा 12 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक से परामर्श कर एवं केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्व अनुमति से, विजया बैंक का निदेशक मण्डल, बैंक ( अधिकारी ) सेवा अधिनियम, 1982 में नीचे उल्लिखित संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त शीर्षक और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों को , बैंक ( अधिकारी ) सेवा ( संशोधन ) विनियम, 2006 कहा जाए ।
(2 ) यें विनियम, सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।
2. विजया बैंक अधिकारी सेवा विनियम, 1982 में, विनियम 6 के उप- विनियम ( 2 ) के बदले , नीचे उल्लिखित उप - विनियम रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्: -
" (2 ) उप- विनियम ( 1 ) के तहत पदों के वर्गीकरण के प्रयोजन के लिए, बैंक द्वारा बैंक की हर शाखा का वर्गीकरण , बैंक के मंडल द्वारा अनुमोदित किए जाने वाले मानदंड के अनुसार किया जाएगा । "

NOTIFICATION
Bangalore, the 17th January, 2006
No. PER : PA & PD : 351 : 2006 .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 read with Sub - section (2) of Section 12 of the Banking Companies ( Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980, the Board of Directors of Vijaya Bank in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the Previous Sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments to the Bank (Officers ' ) Service Regulations, 1982, namely :-
1. Short title and Commencement.- ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Bank ( Officers' ) Service (Amendment) Regulations , 2006.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Vijaya Bank Officers' Service Regulations , 1982, for sub - regulation (2 ) of regulation 6 the following sub - regulation shall be substituted, namely :-
" (2) For the purpose of categorization of posts under sub- regulation ( 1) every branch of the Bank shall be classified by the Bank, in accordance with the criteria to be approved by the Board of the Bank."
