का.आ. 164(अ).- राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण, भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 6:37 ( अ ) तारीख 4 सितम्बर, 1997 के साथ पठित औषध ( कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1995 के पैरा 3 के उप- पैरा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय ( राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण ) के आदेश सं. का.आ. 804(अ ) तारीख 20 अगस्त, 2001 और सं. का.आ. 414(अ ) तारीख 24 मार्च, 2005 को जहां तक उनका सम्बन्ध मैट्रोनिडाजोल और मैट्रोनिडाजोल बेन्जुएट से है, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रान्त करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण के पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तम्भ (4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट कीमत को उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रपुंज औषधि की अधिकतम विक्रय कीमत ( उत्पाद शुल्क और स्थानीय कर को छोड़कर ) नियत करती है जिस पर वह बेची जाएगी ।

2. ये कीमत/परिशोधित कीमत औषध ( कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश, 1995 के पैरा 14 के उप- पैरा ( 1 ) के तहत इस आदेश की तिथि के 15 दिन के अन्दर लागू होगी । औषध ( कीमत नियंत्रण ) 1995 के पैरा 14 के उप - पैरा ( 3 ) के तहत कीमत सूची भी जारी की जाएगी ।

ORDER
New Delhi , the 7th February , 2006
S.O. 164 (E). In exercise of the powers , conferredby Sub - paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995 read with the notification of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers Number S.O. 637 (E) , dated the September 4, 1997 and in supersession of the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority) Numbers S.O. 804 (E) dated 20th August , 2001 and 414(E ) dated 24th March, 2005, in so far as it relates to Metronidazole and Metronidazole Benzoate , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fixes the price specified in column (4) ofthe Table given below as the maximum sale price (exclusive of excise duty and local taxes ) at which the bulk drug specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) thereof shall be sold.

2.These prices/revised prices shall be made effective within 15 days from the date of this order as required under sub- paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 14 of Drugs (Prices Control ) Order, 1995. The necessary price- list should also be issued as required under sub -paragraph (3 ) ofparagraph 14 of the Drugs (Prices Control ) Order, 1995.
