आ.अ. 7(अ).-निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण नियम , 1960 के नियम 23 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तथा दिनांक 27 जनवरी, 1987 की अपनी अधिसूचना सं. 429/प. बं. /87 ( 2 ) का अधिक्रमण करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग , एतद्वारा , पश्चिम बंगाल राज्य में विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को ऐसे अधिकारियों के रूप में पदाभिहित करता है, जिसके समक्ष उक्त नियमों के नियम 20 या 21 या 21 क के अधीन निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी के निर्णयों के विरुद्ध अपील की जा सकेगी:-
(क) कोलकाता के अतिरिक्त अन्य सभी जिलों के लिए, उस निर्वाचन क्षेत्र को शामिल करने वाले जिले का जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी- सह जिला मजिस्ट्रेट; और
(ख) कोलकाता जिला के लिए
( i ) 140- कोस्सीपुर से 145 - बो बाजार और 154- तालटोला (अ.जा. ) विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए, 'कोलकाता इलेक्टोरल डिस्ट्रिक्ट आफिसर';
(ii) 153 - इन्टाल्ली और 155 - बेलियाघाट से 160- बेलगाछिया पश्चिम विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए, ' प्रथम भूमि, अर्जन कलेक्टर, कोलकाता' ; और
(iii) 146- चौरिन्धी से 152 - बालीगंज विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए,
' भूमि- अभिलेखों के निदेशक और सर्वेक्षण और संयुक्त भूमि सुधार आयुक्त, पश्चिम बंगाल ' ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi, the 6th February, 2006
O.N 7(E). In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub -rule ( 1 ) of rule 23 of the Registration ofElectors Rules , 1960, and in supersession of its Notification No. 429/WB/87 (2 ) dated the 27th January, 1987 , the Election Commission hereby designates the following officers as the officers to whom appeals shall lie from the decisions, under rule 20 or rule 21 or rule 21A of the said Rules , of the Electoral Registration Officer for an assembly constituency in the state ofWest Bengal :-
(a) for all districts other than Kolkata, the District Election Officer -cum -District Magistrate ofthe district in which that constituency is comprised; and
(b) for Kolkata district
(i) for 140-Cossipore to 145 -Bowebazar and 154-Taltola Assembly Constituencies , the 'Kolkata Electoral District Officer' ;
(ii) for 153-Entally and 155 -Beliaghata to 160 -Belgachia West Assembly Constituencies, the' First Land Acquisition Collector, Kolkata' ; and
(iii) for 146-Chowringhee to 152 -Ballygunj Assembly Constituencies , the' Director of Land Records and Surveys and Joint Land Reforms Commissioner, West Bengal' .
