का.आ. 193(अ) .-विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 3 ) की धारा 6 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ग ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा प्रो. (डा. ) जेवियर एल्फोंस, एस.जे. , लॉयल कालेज, चेन्नई को तत्काल प्रभाव से तीन वर्षों की अवधि के लिए विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग के सदस्यके रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।
नई दिल्ली, 8 फरवरी, 2006 का.आ. 192(अ).- विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 3 ) की धारा 6 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ग ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा डा. ( श्रीमती ) शशि राय , सरोजिनी नायडू राजकीय महिला स्नातकोत्तर कालेज, भोपाल को प्रो. एस. के. थोरट के स्थान पर तत्काल प्रभाव से तीन वर्षों कीअवधिके लिए विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग के सदस्य के रूप में . नियुक्तकरती है ।

S.O. 193 (E)-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Sub -section (3 ) of Section 5 read with clause (c) of Sub-section ( I ) of Section 6 of the University Grants Commission Act , 1956 (3 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby appoints Prof. (Dr. ) Xavier Alphonse , S. J. , Loyola College . Chennai as a Member of the University Grants Commission with immediate effect, for a term of three years .
