का.आ. 195 ( अ ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28) की धारा 8 की उपधारा (1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए अनुमोदन बोर्ड नाम से एक बोर्ड का गठन करती है जिसमें निम्नलिखित अध्यक्ष और सदस्य सम्मिलित होंगे, अर्थात्:-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1 ) of section 8 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 ( 28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby constitutes a Board called the Board of Approval for the purposes of the said Act consisting of the following Chairperson and Members, namely: -

का.आ. 196 ( अ ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 ( 2005 का 28 ) . की धारा 1 की उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तारीख 10 फरवरी, 2006 को उस तारीख के रुप में नियत करती है जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की निम्नलिखित धाराएं प्रवृत्त होगी अर्थात्: -
(1) धारा 1 से धारा 19 ( जिसमें दोनों सम्मिलित है) ;
(2) धारा 25 से धारा 30 ( जिसमें दोनों सम्मिलित है) ;
(3) धारा 42 से धारा 58 (जिसमें दोनों सम्मिलित है) ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 10th February , 2006
S.O. 196 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (3) of section 1 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 10th day of February, 2006 as the date on which the following sections of the said Act shall come into force , namely: -
(1) sections 1 to 19 ( both inclusive) ;
(2) sections 25 to 30 (both inclusive) ;
(3) sections 42 to 58 (both inclusive) .
