का.आ. 201 ( अ) .- भारत के राजपत्र के असाधारण भाग II , खंड-3 , उपखंड ( ii) में प्रकाशित दिनांक 11 नवम्बर 2005 के अधिसूचना सं० एस० ओ० 1590(ई) में अंशतः परिवर्तन करते हुए और पटसन तथा पटसन वस्त्र नियंत्रण आदेश 2000 की धारा 3 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , मैं, एस. मजुमदार, पटसन आयुक्त, एतद् द्वारा प्रति 100 बोरे की अधिकत्तम फैक्टरी उत्तर ( एक्स फैक्टरी ) मूल्य अन्तिम रूप से रु ० 1977.38 निर्धारित करता हूँ , जिसमें 50 किलोग्राम पैकिंग हेतु उन्हीं बी. टवील जूट बोरे जिनका आकार 94 सेंमी० (+4, -0) X 57 सेंमी०(+4, -0)/ एच०डी० और द्रव्यमान प्रति बोरे 665 ग्राम (+8% , -6%) हो , अन्तिम सिरे प्रति डी० एम० 76(+4,-3) हो तथा पिक्स प्रति डी० एम० 28(+ 2, -2) जिसमें बोरे की लंबाई के मध्यभाग में एकहरी नीली धारी हो तथा किनारे की किसी भी साइड से लगभग 150 मि ०मी ० की दूरी पर दो क्रमागत लाल बाने के धागों का बना एक अतिरिक्त पहचान चिन्ह भी हो, जिनमें मजबूत सिलाई की गई हो तथा जो अन्य सभी दृष्टियों से भी भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो के विनिर्देशन (सं०भा०मा० 12650-2003, अद्यतन यथासंशोधित ) के अनुरूप हो सितम्बरमाह , 2005 के दौरान खरीद अथवा बिक्री की जा सकेगी । प्रत्येक बोरे पर पूर्ति तथा निपटान महानिदेशालय , कोलकाता द्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट मोनोग्राम सहित बोरे पर मुद्रित मिल के नाम के पास भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो का प्रमाण चिन्ह भी हो । भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो के पूर्वोक्त विनिर्देशन में किए गए प्रावधान के अनुसार बोरे की न्यूनतम औसत सार्मथ्य (ब्रेकिंग स्ट्रेन्थ) ताने की 160 के० जी० एफ० और बाने की 145 के० जी० एफ० हो ।
2. दिनांक 11 नवम्बर 2005 की अधिसूचना सं० एस० ओ० 1590 (ई) द्वारा सितम्बर माह , 2005 के लिए प्रति 100 बोरे के लिए पूर्व निर्धारित मूल्य रु ० 1983.63 में एतद्वारा संशोधन किया गया । सितम्बर माह, 2005 के लिए उक्त अधिसूचना सं० एस० ओ०1590(ई) में उल्लिखित अन्य सभी शर्ते अपरिवर्तित रहेगा तथा पारा 2 को हटा लिया गया है ।
3 इस अधिसूचना के अधीन निर्धारित की गई मूल्य में जूट विनिर्माता उपकर अधिनियम, 1983 के अन्तर्गत देय उत्पाद शुल्क और बिक्रीकर सम्मिलित नहीं हैं एवं खरीददार द्वारा फैक्टरी उत्तर मूल्य के अलावा इन्हें अलग से भुगतान करना होगा ।

Kolkata, the 10th February,2006
S.O. 201 (E) . In partial modification of notification no . S.O. 1590(E) , dated 11th November , 2005 published in the Gazette of India , Extra- ordinary , Part- II Section - 3 , Sub- Section ( ii ) and in exercise of the powers conferred by Section- 3 of the Jute and Jute Textiles Control Order, 2000, I, S. Majumdar, Jute Commissioner , hereby finally fix Rs . 1977.38 per 100 bags as the maximum ex - factory price of B. Twill Jute Bags for 50kg packing of the size 94 cm( + 4 ,-0) x 57 cm ( +4, -0) / HD . , 665gms . ( + 8 % , -6 % ) mass per bag, 76(+4, -3) ends per am , 28( +2 , -2 ) picks per dm . , single blue stripe running along the length of the bag at the centre along with additional identification marking of two consecutive red warp threads at a distance of about 150 mm away from any one side of the selvedge , dry sewn and conforming in all other respects to the current BIS specification ( No. IS : 12650- 2003 as amended till date ) purchased or sold during the month of September , 2005. Every bag is to be branded with monogram to be specified by DGS & D , Kolkata with the name of the manufacturing mill printed on it as well as BIS certification marking. The average minimum breaking strength shall not be less than 160 kgf for warp way and 145 kgf for weft way as provided in the aforesaid specification of BIS .
2. The price of Rs 1983.63 per 100 bags earlier fixed and published vide notification no S.O. 1590 (E ) dated 11th November, 2005, for the month of September , 2005 , is hereby revised . All other conditions as mentioned in the notification no S.O. 1590 (E) dated 11th November , 2005 published for the month of September , 2005 remain unaltered and Para 2 stands withdrawn .
3.The price fixed under this Notification shall be exclusive of duty of excise , cess payable under Jute Manufacture Cess Act , 1983 and Sales Tax which shall be paid in addition to the ex - factory price by the purchaser .

All other conditions as mentioned in the notification no S.O. 1591 (E) dated 11th November , 2005 published for the month of October, 2005 remain unaltered.
3.The price fixed under this Notification shall be exclusive of duty of excise , cess payable under Jute Manufacture Cess Act, 1983 and Sales Tax which shall be paid in addition to the ex- factory price by the purchaser.
