सं.666/3/ए 1/908.- बैंककारी कम्पनी ( उपक्रमों का अर्जन और अंतरण ) अधिनियम, 1980 के अनुच्छेद 12 के उप- अनुच्छेद (2) के साथ पठनीय अनुच्छेद 19 में प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए आन्ध्रा बैंक निदेशक मण्डल भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक की सलाह व केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्वानुमतिसे आन्ध्रा बैंक (अधिकारी ) सेवा विनियम, 1982 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन कर रहा है , यथा:-
6. 666/3/ए-1/529 दिनांक 4 नवम्बर, 1999
7. 666/3/ए-1/393 दिनांक 25 जुलाई, 2000
1. लघु शीर्षक और प्रारम्भ. ( 1 ) ये विनियम आन्ध्रा बैंक ( अधिकारी ) सेवा ( संशोधन ) विनियम, 2006 कहलाएंगे ।
(2) येविनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से
प्रभावी होंगे ।

Hyderabad, the 27th January, 2006 2. आन्ध्रा बैंक (अधिकारी ) सेवा विनियम, 1982 में विनियम 6के उप-विनियम (2 ) के लिए निम्नलिखित उप- विनियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , यथा:-
" (2) उप-विनियम ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत पदों के वर्गीकरण के उद्देश्यके लिए, बैंक की प्रत्येक शाखा का वर्गीकरण , बैंक के बोर्ड द्वारा अनुमोदित किए जाने वाले मानदण्ड के अनुसार बैंक द्वारा किया जाएगा । "

No. 666/3/A 1 /908.-In exercise of the powers conferredby Section 19 read with Sub- section (2 ) of Section 12 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act , 1980, the Board of Directors of Andhra Bank in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments to the Andhra Bank (Officers' ) Service Regulations , 1982, namely :-
1. Short title and Commencement. ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Andhra Bank पाद टिप्पणी:- उक्त विनियमों में पूर्व में किए गए संशोधनों कोनिम्नलिखितविवरण के अनुसार सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया गया:

(Officers') Service (Amendment ) Regulations, 2006.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Andhra Bank (Officers ' ) Service Regulations , 1982, for sub -regulation (2) of regulation 6, the following sub-regulation shall be substituted, namely :-
"(2) For the purpose ofcategorisation of posts under sub- regulation ( 1 ) , every branch of the Bank shall be classified by the Bank , in accordance with the criteria to be approved by the Board ofthe Bank . "
