का.आ. 206(अ) . भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप - खण्ड ( ii ) , तारीख 8 फरवरी , 2006 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के गृह मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 191 ( अ ) , तारीख 8 फरवरी, 2006 में,--
S.O. 206( E). In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. S.O. 191 (E) dated the 8th February , 2006 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub- section (ii),dated the 8th February, 2006 , at page 3-
( i ) पृष्ठ 1 की पंक्ति 15 में, " संलिप्त था " के स्थान पर, " संलिप्त रहा था " पढ़ें;
(i) in line 15, for the word " contained " , read "continued";
( ii) पृष्ठ 2 की पंक्ति 7 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित
(ii) after fine 24, insert the following namely :----
करें, अर्थात्: -
"Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of theUnlawful Activities ( Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967) , the Central Government hereby deelares the Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI ) to be an unlawful association ; ".
"अतः , अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, विधि- विरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप (निवारण ) अधिनियम , 1967 ( 1967 का 37 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, स्टूडेन्ट्सइस्लामिक मूवमेन्ट ऑफ इंडिया ( सिमी ) कोविधि- विरुद्ध संगम घोषित करती है; " ।
