का.आ. 207 ( अ) .- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमाशुल्क बोर्ड, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 62/ 94- सीमाशुल्क ( एन.टी. ) तारीख 21 नवम्बर, 1994, का.आ. 829 ( अ ) तारीख 21 नवम्बर , 1994 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में , क्र. सं. 8 के सामने स्तम्भ (3 ) में मद सं. ( 12 ) और स्तम्भ (4 ) में उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित मद संख्यांक और प्रविष्टि अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्: -

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) ofSection 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board ofExcise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) , No. 62/94 (N.T. )- Customs , dated the 21st November , 1994 , S.O. 829 (E), dated the 21st November , 1994 , namely: -
In the said notification , in the Table , against serial number 8 , in column (3 ), after item ( 12) , and the entries relating thereto in column ( 4 ), the following item number and entry shall be inserted , namely :---
