सं. 46 (आर ई -2005 ) /2004-2009
का.आ. 218 (अ) .-विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैराग्राफ 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1992 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, विदेश व्यापार नीति 2004-2009 में एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
1. विदेश व्यापार नीति के पैरा 4.1.13 के अंत में निम्नलिखित धारा जोड़ी जाएगी:-
" इसके अलावा, अग्रिम लाइसेंसधारक द्वारा आयात करने के लिए राज्य व्यापार उद्यम, यदि वे चाहें तो, " अनापत्ति प्रमाणपत्र " जारी करने हेतु अनुमत हैं, तथापि, लाइसेंसधारक को संबंधित राज्य व्यापार उद्यमों ( एसटीई ) को ऐसे " अनापत्ति प्रमाणपत्र " के मद्दे किए गए आयातों के तिमाही विवरण प्रस्तुत करने होंगे और इसके उपरांत एसटीई ( राज्य व्यापार उद्यम ) ऐसे आयातों के अर्धवार्षिक आयात आंकड़े निगरानी हेतु संबंधित प्रशासनिक विभाग को प्रस्तुत करेगा जिसकी एक प्रति वाणिज्य विभाग को पृष्ठांकित की जाएगी । "

New Delhi , the 16th February, 2006
No. 46 ( RE-2005 )/ 2004-2009
S.O. 218 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferredby Section 5 of the Foreign Trade ( Development and Regulation) Act 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 ofthe Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 :-
1. At the end of Para 4.1.13 of the Foreign Trade Policy, the following clause should be added:---
" In addition , the State Trading Enterprises are permitted to issue ' No Objection Certificate ' , ifthey so desire, for import by advance licence holder . However, the licensee would be required to file Quarterly Returns of the imports effected against such ' No Objection Certificate ' to the concerned State Trading Enterprises (STEs) and the STEs , in turn , would submit half-yearly import figures of such imports to the concerned Administrative Department for monitoring with a copy endorsed to the Department of Commerce ."
