In the Notification of Government of India, in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health ) G.S.R. 733 (E) , dated the 21st December, 2005 published at pages 2 and 3 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub -section ( 1) dated the 21st December , 2005, at page 3 under entry ( ii ) in eighth line , in Explanation ' for the words " (...Amendment)" read as " (6th Amendment) " .
