का.आ. 222(अ).-छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार, केन्द्रीय सरकार के राज्यवित्तीय निगम अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 63 ) ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 29 , धारा 30, धारा 31 और धारा 32 क से 32छ के उपबंधों छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य औद्योगिक विकास निगम लिमिटेड जो छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य सरकार द्वारा स्थापित एक संस्थान हो, को लागू करने का अनुरोध करती है जिसका उद्देश्य औद्योगिक समुस्थानों को वित्तपोषण करना हो ।
S.O. 222 ( E ) .- Whereas the Government of Chhattisgarh have requested the Central Government that theprovisions of Sections 29, 30, 31 and 32A to 32G of the State Financial Corporations Act, 1951 ( 63 of 1951 ) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) maybe made applicable to the Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited, an institution established by the State Government of Chhattisgarh which has for its object the financing of industrial concerns .
अतः , अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 46 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निदेश देती है कि धारा 29, धारा 30, धारा 31 और धारा 32क से धारा 32छ के उपबंध उक्तछत्तीसगढ़ के राज्य औद्योगिक विकास निगम लिमिटेड को भी लागू होंगे।
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred bySub - section ( 1) of Section 46 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the provisions of Sections 29, 30, 31 and 32A to32G shall apply to the said Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited.
