का.आ. 227(अ) .- विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैरा 1.3 और पैरा 3.7.8 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा 1-4-2005 से 31-3-2006 के दौरान किए गए निर्यात केलिए समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 की लक्ष्योपरि स्कीम ( टार्गेट प्लस स्कीम) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :----
1. पैरा 3.7.3 की टिप्पणी-4 में से " और रत्न तथा आभूषण के शिपिंग बिल " शब्दों को हटा दिया गया है ।
2. पैरा 3.7.3 में से , टिप्पणी -5 हटा दी गई है ।
3. पैरा 3.1.5(ख ) में" अथवा ऐसी इकाइयों को की गई आपूर्ति " शब्दों को " स्कीमों " शब्द के बाद जोड़ा गया है ।
4. मौजूदा पैरा 3.7.5 (ङ) को निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया गया है-" हीरे और अन्य बहुमूल्य, अर्द्ध बहुमूल्य पत्थर " 5. उप-पैरा 3.7.5 (छ ) की संख्या बदलकर 3.7.5 (ट ) की जाती है ।
6. पैरा 3.7.5 में, उप पैरा 3.7.5 ( च ) के बाद निम्नलिखित को जोड़ा जाएगा : -
" (छ ) सभी प्रकार के और सभी रूपों में अयस्क और सांद्रण ।
(ज) सभी प्रकार के अनाज ।
(झ) सभी प्रकार की और सभी रूपों में चीनी ।
(ञ ) आईटीसी एचएस कोड 2709 से 2715 के अंतर्गत सभी प्रकार के और सभी रूपों में क्रूड/पेट्रोलियम आयल और क्रूड/पेट्रोलियम आधारित उत्पाद। "
7. यह निर्यात के लिए 1-4-2005 से लागू होगा।
इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th February, 2006

S.C. 227 (E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 readwith paragraph 1.3 and paragraph 3.7.8 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government herebymakes the following amendments in the Target Plus Scheme , for the exports effected during 1-4-2005 to 31-3-2006, of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , as amended from time to time :
1. In Note 4 of Para 3.7.3 , the words ' and Gems and Jewellery Shipping Bills ' are deleted.
2. In Para 3.7.3 , Note 5 is deleted.
3. In Paragraph 3.7.5(b ) , the words ' or Supplies made to such units ' are inserted after the word " Schemes" .
4. Existing Para 3.7.5(e) is substituted by the following ' Diamonds and other precious , semi -precious stones' .
5. Existing sub -para 3.7.5 (g) is renumbered as 3.7.5 (k) .
6. In Para3.7.5, the following shall be inserted after sub -para 3.7.5(f) .
"(g) Ores and concentrates , of all types and in all forms .
(h) Cereals , of all types.
(i) Sugar, of all types and in all forms.
((j ) Crude/Petroleum Oil and Crude/Petroleum based products covered under ITC HS Codes 2709 to 2715, ofall types and in all forms. "
7. This will take effect for exports from 1-4-2005.
