सा.का.नि. 73(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल नियम, 2001 के नियम 3 , 4, 19 और 20 के साथ पठित केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल , अधिनियम, 1968 ( 1968 का 50 ) की धारा 22 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल, सहायक कमांडेन्ट ( कनिष्ठ प्रशासनिक अधिकारी ) , भर्ती नियम , 2003 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल, सहायक कमांडेन्ट ( कनिष्ठ प्रशासनिक अधिकारी ) , भर्ती संशोधन नियम, 2006है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल, सहायक कमांडेन्ट ( कनिष्ठ प्रशासनिक अधिकारी ) , भर्ती नियम, 2003 की अनुसूची में,- (क) क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के लिए निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
" 59* ( 2006 ) ( * कार्यभार के आधार पर परिवर्तन किया जा सकता है ) " ;
(ख ) क्रम संख्या 12 के सामने, विद्यमान मद ( 2 ) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा, अर्थात्: -
" ( 3 ) महानिदेशक, केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल द्वारा समय - समय पर यथाविहित पदोन्नति- पूर्व पाठ्यक्रम या प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक पूरा किया हो । ";
(ग ) क्रम संख्या 12 के सामने, " टिप्पण 1 " शब्द और संख्या के स्थान पर " टिप्पण " शब्द रखा जाएगा;
(घ) स्पष्टीकरण ज्ञापन:-केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल, सहायक कमांडेट ( कनिष्ठ प्रशासनिक अधिकारी ) , भर्ती नियम, 2003 के क्रम संख्या 12 के टिप्पण 2 का भूतलक्षी प्रभाव अर्थात् 29 नवम्बर, 2003 से लोप किया जाता है, क्योंकि उक्त क्रम संख्या. की मद ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) में दी गई प्रतिशतता की दृष्टि से उक्त टिप्पण 2 अनावश्यक हो गया था । भूतलक्षी प्रभावं का किसी पर भी प्रतिकूल प्रभाव नहींहोगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 20th February, 2006
G.S.R. 73 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 22 ofthe Centital Industrial Security Force , Act, 1968 (50 of1968) read with rules 3 , 4, 19 and 20 of the Central Industrial Security Force Rules, 2001, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Industrial Security Force , Assistant Commandant (Junior Administrative Officer) , Recruitment Rules, 2003 , namely :
1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Industrial Security Force , Assistant Commandant ( Junior Administrative Officer) Recruitment Amendment Rules,2006.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2.In the Schedule to the Central Industrial Security Force, Assistant Commandant (Junior Administrative Officer) , Recruitment Rules , 2003 ,-
(a) for the existing entry against serial number 2, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"59 * (2006 ) (* subject to variation dependent on work load) .";
(b) against serial number 12, after existing item (ii ), the following shall be added , namely:-
"(iii ) Should have successfully undergone pre - promotion course or training as prescribed by Director General, Central Industrial Security Force from time to time" ;
(c) against serial number 12, for the word and figure "Note 1 " , the word "Note " shall be substituted;
(d) Explanatory Memorandum.-Note 2 in Serial No. 12 of the Central Industrial Security Force , Assistant Commandant (Junior Administrative Officer) , Recruitment Rules , 2003 is omitted with retrospective effect, that is, from the 29th November , 2003 , since the said Note 2 had beconte superfluous in view ofthe percentage provided in items ( i) and (ii) of the said serial number . The retrospective effect does not adversely affect any one .
