नई दिल्ली, 23 फरवरी , 2006 सं. 16/2006 (एन.टी. ) - सीमा शुल्क
का.आ. 242(अ) .- सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 14 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( क) के उप- खण्ड ( i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 5/2006 (एन. टी. ) - सीमा शुल्क, दिनांक 25 जनवरी , 2006 [ का.आ. 92 (अ) दिनांक 25 जनवरी , 2006 ] को अधिक्रांत करते हुए, आयातित माल के संबंध में बोर्ड, एतद्वारा उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनों के लिए, यह अवधारित करती है कि इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची-I और अनुसूची- II के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक विदेशी करेंसी से भारतीय करेंसी में या भारतीय करेंसी से विदेशी करेंसी में संपरिवर्तन के लिए विनिमय दर 1 मार्च, 2006 से वह दर होगी जो उसके स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में, तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में वर्णित है : -

S.O. 242 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause ( i) of clause ( a) of sub -section(3 ) of Section 14ofthe Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession ofthe notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance (Department ofRevenue) No. 5/2006- NT-Customs , dated the 25th January, 2006 [S.O. 92 (E) dated the 25th January, 2006] , the Board hereby determines for the purposes of said section, relating to imported goods, that the rate of exchange of conversion of each of the foreign currency specified in column ( 2) of each of Schedule- I and Schedule - II appended hereto into Indian Currency or vice versa shall , with effect from the 1st March, 2006, be the rate mentioned against it in the corresponding entry in column (3) thereof.
