नई दिल्ली, 23 फरवरी , 2006 सं. 17/2006 (एन.टी. ) -सीमा शुल्क
का.आ. 243(अ).- सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का52) की धारा 14 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड (क) के उप-खण्ड ( i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्वविभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 6/2006 (एन. टी. )- सीमा शुल्क, दिनांक 25 जनवरी , 2006 [ का.आ. 91 (अ ) दिनांक 25 जनवरी, 2006] को अधिक्रांत करते हुए निर्यात माल के संबंध में बोर्ड एतद्वारा उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनों के लिए, यह अवधारित करता है कि इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची- I और अनुसूची- II के स्तम्भ (2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक विदेशी करेंसी से भारतीय करेंसी में या भारतीय करेंसी से विदेशी करेंसी में संपरिवर्तन के लिए विनिमय दर 1 मार्च, 2006 से वह दर होगी जो उसके स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में, तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में वर्णित है:-

S.O. 243 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -clause ( i) of clause (a) of sub -section (3 ) of Section 14ofthe Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance (Department ofRevenue) No. 6/2006- NT-Customs, dated the 25th January, 2006, [ S.O. 91 (E) , dated the25th January, 2006] , the Board hereby determines for the purposes ofsaid section , relating to export goods , that the rate ofexchange of conversion of each of the foreign currency specified in column (2 ) ofeach of Schedule - I and Schedule- II appended hereto into Indian Currency or vice versa shall, with effect from the 1st March, 2006, be the rate mentioned against it in the corresponding entry in column(3) thereof.
