फा. सं. 12016/24/2005- एससीडी ( आरएल सैल ) .- केन्द्र सरकार, राष्ट्रीय आयोग से संबंधित संकल्प के पैरा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र के भाग I , खण्ड 2, दिनांक 16 मार्च, 2005 में प्रकाशित अनाधिसूचित जनजातियों, खानाबदोश और अर्ध-खानाबदोश जनजातियों के विकासात्मक पहलुओं का अध्ययन करने के लिए, निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को 6 फरवरी, 2006 से एक वर्ष के लिए अध्यक्ष , सदस्य और सदस्य सचिव के पदों पर नियुक्तकरती है:
अध्यक्ष 1. श्री बालकृष्ण सिदराम रेनके
2. श्री लक्ष्मनभाई कालिदास पाटनी- सदस्य
3. श्री लक्ष्मी चन्द
सदस्य-सचिव
उपर्युक्त अध्यक्ष, सदस्य और सदस्य सचिव का कार्यकाल
5 फरवरी , 2007 तक होगा।

Cell) .--In exercise of the powers conferred by para 4 of the Resolution regardingNational Commission to study the developmental aspects of the Denotified Tribes, Nomadic and Semi- Nomadic "Tribes ' , published in the Gazette of India , Part I, Section 2, dated the 16th March, 2005 , the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons for the posts of Chairperson, Member and Member- Secretary for one year from 6th February, 2006 :
Chairperson 1. Shri Balkrishna Sidram Renke
2. Shri Laxmanbhai Kalidas Patni Member
3. Shri Laxmi Chand
Member-Secretary
Thetenure ofthe aforesaid Chairperson, Member and theMember-Secretary shall be up to 5th February, 2007.
