सा.का.नि. 77( अ ) . भारत के राजपत्र के भाग II , खण्ड 3 (i ) में सं. सा.का.नि. 425 के अन्तर्गत दिनांक 18 दिसम्बर, 2004 को प्रकाशित , कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत तथा पेंशन मंत्रालय, कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग के दिनांक 18 दिसम्बर, 2004 की अधिसूचना संख्या 11031 /2/2003-अ.भा.से.- II- क में पैरा 1 (i ) को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए:-
" इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) नौवां संशोधन विनियमावली , 2004 है " ।

पाद टिप्पणी: यह संशोधन इसलिए किया गया है ताकि संशोधन का वर्ष और भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन का वर्ष एक ही होजाए ।

G.S.R. 77( E) . In the Ministry ofPersonnel , Public Grievances and Pensions , Department of Personnel and Training's Notification No. 11031 /2/2003 -AIS - II - A, dated

the 18th December, 2004 published in Part II, Section 3(i) of the Gazette of India under No. G.S.R. 425 , dated the 18th December , 2004, Para 1 (i) shall be substituted by the following:-
" These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) NinthAmendment Regulations , 2004".

Foot Note : The amendment has been made so that the year of amendment conformed to the year of its publication in the Gazette of India.

"These rules maybe called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Ninth Amendment Rules , 2004".
