का.आ. 251(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1988 ( 1988 का 68 ) की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे दी गई सारणी ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त सारणी कहा गया है ) के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में यथा वर्णित राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के स्तम्भ (2 ) में यथा उल्लिखित तत्स्थानी सेक्शन के सामने स्तम्भ (3 ) के भूखण्ड को राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण को सौंपती है ।

New Delhi, the 28th February, 2006
S.O. 251 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988 ) , the Central Government hereby entrusts the stretches , specified in column (3) ofthe Table below (hereinafter referred to as the said Table) , of the corresponding Section as mentioned against it in column (2) of the said Table, ofthe National Highway as described in column (1 ) of the said Table , to the National Highways Authority of India .
