S.O. 252(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (1 ) of Section 15 of the Oil Industry (Development) Act, 1974 (47 of 1974) , the Central Government, onbeing satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notification of theGovernment of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and NaturalGas number S.O. 259(E) , dated the 28th February , 2002, excepts as respects things done or omitted to be donebefore such rescission, with effect from the 1st day ofMarch,2006.
का.आ. 252(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, तेल उद्योग (विकास) अधिनियम, 1974 ( 1974 का 47 ) की धारा 15 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोक हित में आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के पैट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या 259 (अ ) , तारीख 28फरवरी , 2002 को, उन बातों के सिवाय जिन्हें ऐसे विखण्डन से पूर्व किया गयाहै या करने से लोप किया गया है , 1 मार्च, 2006 से विखण्डित करती है ।
