का.आ. 253(अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, तेल उद्योग ( विकास ) अधिनियम, 1974 ( 1974 का 47 ) की धारा 15 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अपरिष्कृत तेल की बाबत जो उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची में एक विनिर्दिष्ट मद है , उत्पाद शुल्क की दर दो हजार पांच सौ रुपए प्रति टन की दर पर विनिर्दिष्ट करती है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 1 मार्च, 2006 से प्रवृत्त होगी ।

New Delhi , the 28th February, 2006
S.O. 253(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 15 of the Oil Industry (Development) Act, 1974 (47 of 1974 ) , the Central Government hereby specifies the rate ofduty of excise in respect of crude oil, an item specified in the Schedule to the said Act, at the rate of rupees two thousand five hundredpertonne .
2.This notification shall come into force with effect fromthe 1stday ofMarch, 2006.
