का.आ. 261 (अ).- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 77 के खण्ड ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार (कार्य-आबंटन) नियम, 1961 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात्:-
1. (1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारत सरकार ( कार्य-आबंटन) दो सौ चौरासीवां संशोधन नियम , 2006 है ।
(2) ये तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारत सरकार ( कार्य- आबंटन ) नियम, 1961 में, द्वितीय अनुसूची में, " अल्पसंख्यक कार्य मंत्रालय " शीर्षक के अधीन, प्रविष्टि 11 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्:-
" 11. अल्पसंख्यकों के सामाजिक- आर्थिक, सांस्कृतिक और शैक्षिक स्तर से संबंधित मामले; अल्पसंख्यक संगठन, जिनमें मौलाना आजाद शिक्षा प्रतिष्ठान शामिल है । " ।

S.O. 261 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred byclause (3 ) ofarticle 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation ofBusiness ) Rules, 1961 , namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation ofBusiness ) Two hundred and eighty fourthAmendment Rules, 2006.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961 , in the Second Schedule , under the heading "Ministry of Minority Affairs ( Alpasankhayak KaryaMantralaya) " , for the entry 11 , the following entry shall be substituted, namely :-
" 11. Matters pertaining to the socio -economic, cultural and educational status of minorities ; minority organisations , including the Maulana Azad Education Foundation. " .
