सा.का.नि. 80 ( अ ).-केंद्रीय सरकार, चीनी ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1966 के खण्ड 5 और 10 और लेवी चीनी प्रदाय ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश, 1979 के खण्ड 2 के साथ पठित आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम, 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निदेश देती है कि चीनी का प्रत्येक उत्पादकः-
(1 ) उसमें विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि में मासिक निर्मुक्ति आदेश द्वारा विक्रय के लिए उसको निर्मुक्त चीनी के मासिक कोटा का विक्रय और प्रेषण, और ( ii ) इस आदेश से उपाबद्ध विवरणी के प्ररूप में उस सप्ताह को समाप्ति की तारीख से 7 दिन में प्रत्येक सप्ताह के दौरान उनके द्वारा चीनी के विक्रयों और प्रेषणों के विवरणों की बनाई गयी रिपोर्ट मुख्य निदेशक ( चीनी ) , चीनी निदेशालय, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग , नई दिल्ली को भेजेगा ।
2. यह आदेश इसके राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगा ।

ORDER
New Delhi , the 28th February, 2006
G.S.R. 80 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955) read with clauses 5 and 10 of the Sugar ( Control ) Order, 1966 and clause 2 of the Levy Sugar Supply (Control ) Order, 1979, the Central Government hereby directs that every producer of sugar shall : --
(i) sell and despatch the monthly quota of sugar released to him for sale by the monthly release order within the period specified therein; and
(ii) report the particulars of the sales and despatches of sugar made by him during each week within seven days from thedate of expiry of that week in the form of retum annexed to this Order to the Chief Director (Sugar) , Directorate of Sugar, Department of Food and Public Distribution , New Delhi .
2. This order shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
