सा.का.नि. 124(अ) .-भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( i ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 754 (अ) शुद्धिपत्र दिनांक 30 दिसम्बर, 2005 में, सिगरेट और अन्य तम्बाकू उत्पाद [ ( विज्ञापन का प्रतिषेध और व्यापार एवं वाणिज्य, उत्पादन, प्रदाय तथा वितरण विनियमन ) ( संशोधन ) नियमावली , 2005 और सिगरेट और अन्य तम्बाकू उत्पाद [ ( विज्ञापन का प्रतिषेध और व्यापार एवं वाणिज्य, उत्पादन, प्रदाय तथा वितरण विनियमन ) ( दूसरा संशोधन) ] नियमावली, 2005 में दिन, माह और वर्ष " 1 मार्च, 2006 ", के स्थान पर " 1 अप्रैल , 2006 " प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।

In the notification ofGovernment of India,Ministry ofHealth and Family Welfare No. G.S.R. 754(E), Corrigendum dated 30th December, 2005, to the Cigarettes and Other Tabacco Products [ (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce , Production, Supply and Distribution) (Amendment) ] Rules , 2005 and the Cigarettes and Other Tabacco Pruducts [(Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce , Production , Supply and Distribution) (Second Amendment) ] Rules , 2005 , published in the Part II, Section 3 , Sub- section ( i ) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary for the day, month and year " 1st day ofMarch, 2006", the day, month and year " 1st day of April , 2006 " may be substituted.
