सा.का.नि. 126(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, प्रसार भारती ( भारतीय प्रसारण निगम ) अधिनियम, 1990 ( 1990 का 25 ) की धारा 6 की उप- धारा (7 ) और उप- धारा ( 8 ) के साथ पठित धारा 32 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, प्रसार भारती ( भारतीय प्रसारण निगम ) अध्यक्ष, पूर्ण- कालिक और अंशकालिक सदस्यों का वेतन, भत्ते और सेवा की अन्य शर्तें नियम, 2000 में निम्नलिखितं संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम प्रसार भारती ( भारतीय प्रसारण निगम ) ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2006 है ।
(2) चे राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. प्रसार भारतीय ( भारतीय प्रसारण निगम ) अध्यक्ष, पूर्ण- कालिक और अंश- कालिक सदस्यों का वेतन , भत्ते और सेवा की अन्य शर्तें नियम, 2000 में,-
(i ) नियम 13 के उपनियम ( 1 ) में " एक हजार रुपए " शब्दों के स्थान पर " दो हजार रुपए " शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
(ii ) नियम 13 के उपनियम ( 2 ) " वास्तविक रूप से उपगत टैक्सी किराए की प्रतिपूर्ति का हकदार होगा " शब्दोंके स्थान पर " यदि कोई कार्यालय परिवहन उपलब्ध नहीं कराया जाता है तो वास्तविक टैक्सी किराए की प्रतिपूर्ति का हकदार होगा " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
(iii) नियम 14 में, -
(क) उपनियम ( 1 ) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित परंतुक अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्: -
" परंतु यह है कि होटल वास- सुविधा संबंधी व्यय प्रति रात्रि पांच हजार रुपए से अधिक नहीं होंगे " ।
(ख) उपनियम ( 2 ) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित परंतुक अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
" परंतु यह है कि होटल वास- सुविधा संबंधी व्यय प्रति रात्रि पांच हजार रुपए से अधिक नहीं होंगे " ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 1st March, 2006
G.S.R. 126 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 32, read with Sub - section (7) and ( 8) of Section 6 , of 'he Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India ) Act, 1990 (25 of 1990) , the Central Government hereby makes the owing amendments in the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Salaries , Allowances and other conditions ofservice ofChairman, Whole- time Members and Part- time Members Rules , 2000 , namely:----
1. (1) These rules may be called the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India ) (Amendment) Rules, 2006.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Salaries , Allowances and other Conditions of Service of Chairman, Whole -time Members and Part - time Members , Rules , 2000 ,-
(i) in rule 13 , in sub - rule ( 1 ) , for the words " rupees one thousand" the words " rupees two thousand" shall be substituted;
(ii) in rule 13 , in sub -rule (2) , for the words " reimbursement of actual taxi fare incurred" the words " reimbursement ofactual taxi fare if no office transport is provided " shall be substituted.
(iii) in rule 14,-
(a) after sub - rule ( 1 ) , the following proviso shall be inserted , namely
"Provided that the expenses on hotel accommodation shall not exceed rupees five thousand per night" .
(b) after sub - rule (2) , the following proviso shall be inserted, namely : -
"Provided that the expenses on hotel accommodation shall not exceed rupees five thousand per night" .
