Premature redemption of a part of outstanding stock of Non-interest bearing Government of India IDBI Special Security,2024
मोचन
F. No. 4( 16) -W& M/2004. Government of India, hereby notifies premature redemption of Non- interest bearing Government of India IDBI Special Security, 2024 (hereinafter briefly described as the "Special Security ") by exercising "call option" at par as stipulated in para 5( ii) of its Notification F. No. 4 ( 16)-W&M/2004 dated September 29, 2004, for an aggregate amount of Rupees One hundred andthirty four crore (Rs . 134 crore) (nominal) .
2.DateofPremature Redemption
सं. एफ. 4 ( 16 ) -डब्ल्यूएंडएम/ 2004.-भारत सरकार एतद्वारा अधिसूचना संख्या एफ. 4( 16 ) -डब्ल्यूएण्डएम/2004दिनांक 29 सितम्बर, 2004 के पैरा 5 ( ii ) में यथा- निर्धारित सममूल्य " मांग विकल्प" का प्रयोग करते हुए कुल एक सौ चौंतीस करोड़ रुपए ( 134 करोड़ रुपए ) ( नामिनल ) की कुल राशि की भारत सरकार की ब्याज रहित आईडीबीआई विशेष प्रतिभूति, 2024 ( जिसे इसके बाद संक्षेप में " विशेष प्रतिभूति " कहा गया है ) के परिपक्वता- पूर्व मोचन को अधिसूचित. करतीहै ।.
2. परिपक्वता-पूर्व मोचन की तारीख
The date of premature redemption of the Special Security by the Government of India shall be the date of this notification , i.e. , March 3 , 2006.
भारत सरकार द्वारा विशेष प्रतिभूति के परिपक्वता-पूर्व मोचन की तारीख इस अधिसूचना की तारीख अर्थात् 3 मार्च, 2006 होगी ।
3.Outstanding Stock
3. बकाया स्टाक
The outstanding stock of the Special Security shall be rupees Eight thousand eight hundred and sixty six crore (Rs .8,866 crore) (nominal ) after the exercise of call option.
मांग विकल्प का उपयोग करने के पश्चात् विशेष प्रतिभूति का बकाया स्टाक आठ हजार आठ सौ छियासठ करोड़ रुपए (8,866 करोड़ रुपए ) ( नामिनल ) होगा।
