सा.का.नि. 129(अ).- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारतीय रेल डिग्री कॉलेज , इंटरमीडिएट कॉलेज , उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय और उच्चतर माध्यमिक बहुउद्देशीय विद्यालय और उच्च विद्यालय (समूह "क " और समूह " ख " ) भर्ती नियम, 1980 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्: -
1. (i) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारतीय रेल डिग्री कॉलेज, इंटरमीडिएट कॉलेज , उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय , उच्चतर माध्यमिक बहुउद्देशीय विद्यालय और उच्च विद्यालय (समूह "क " और समूह " ख " पद ) भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम , 2006 है.
(ii) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे.

G. S. R. 129(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution,, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Railways Degree College, Intermediate College , Higher Secondary School , Higher Secondary Multipurpose School and High School ( Group ' A' & Group ' B ' posts) Recruitment Rules , 1980 , namely:
1. (i) These rules may be called the Indian Railways Degree College , Intermediate College, Higher Secondary School , Higher Secondary Multipurpose School and High School (Group ' A' & Group ' B ' posts ) Recruitment (Amendment ) Rules , 2006.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Railways Degree College, Intermediate College , Higher Secondary School , Higher Secondary Multipurpose School and High School (Group 'A' & Group 'B ' posts ) Recruitment Rules , 1980 , for serial number 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted , namely:
