सा.का.नि. 138(अ).-केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 132 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के साथ पठित धारा 124 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए मुरगांव पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी मण्डल द्वारा बनाए गए और इस अधिसूचना के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची में दर्शित मुरगांव पत्तन कर्मचारी ( आचरण ) संशोधन विनियम, 2006 का अनुमोदन करती है ।
2. ये विनियम इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।
अनुसूची
महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 124 ( 1 ) तथा (2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 28 द्वास प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मुरगांव पत्तन का न्यासी मंडल मुरगांव पत्तन कर्मचारी ( आचरण ) विनियम, 1964 में आगे संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, यथा :-
1. ( i ) इन विनियमों को मुरगांव पत्तन कर्मचारी ( आचरण ) ( संशोधन ) विनियम , 2006 कहा जाएगा ।
( ii ) ये विनियम उस तारीख से प्रभावी होंगे जिस तारीख को इन विनियमों पर केन्द्र सरकार का अनुमोदन भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित हुआ ।
2. विनियम 15 (2) में :
प्रथम तथा द्वितीय श्रेणी पदों के कर्मचारियों के मामले में " रुपए 10,000 " को " रुपए 20,000 " से अथवा तृत्तीय तथा चतुर्थ श्रेणी कर्मचारियों के मामले " रुपए 5,000/ - ", " रुपए 15,000/- " से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 6th March , 2006
G.S.R. 138 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section ( 1 ) ofSection 124, read with Sub- section ( 1 ) lofSection 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby approves the Mormugao Port Empíoyees (Conduct ) Amendment Regulations , 2006 made by the Board of Trustees ofMormugao Port Trust as set out in the Schedule annexed to this Notification .
2.The said Regulations shall come into force from the date ofpublication ofthis Notification in the Official Gazette .
SCHEDULE
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 read with Sec. 124( 1 ) and (2 ) of Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 , (38 of 1963 ) the Board ofTrustees of the Port ofMormugao hereby makes the following regulations further to amendMormugao PortEmployees ' ( Conduct) , Regulations 1964, namely:
1. ( i) These regulations may be called the Mormugao Port Employees ' (Conduct ) (Amendment) Regulations , 2006 .
(ii) They shall come into force with effect from the date on which the Central Government's approval to the Regulation has been published in the Gazette of India.
2. In Regulation 15 (2) :
Replace the existing figure " Rs . 10,000 " by " Rs . 20,000 " in case of an employee holding any Class I and II post or "Rs . 5,000 " by "Rs . 15,000 " in case of an employee holding any class III and IV post.
