का.आ. 287(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार पर्यावरण ( संरक्षाण ) अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) और ( 3 ) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार, पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्रालय के दिनांक 2 सितम्बर, 2005 के का. आ. 1231 (अ ) के आदेश में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
S.O. 287 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred bysub-sections (1) and (3) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection)Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of theGovernment of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests number S.O. 1231 (E) dated the 2nd September, 2005, namely:
उक्त आदेश में,
Inthe said Order,-
(क) पहले पैरा में,
(a) In the opening paragraph ,
( i ) अक्षर, अंक, कोष्ठक और शब्द" का. आ.909 (अ) दिनांक 30 जून, 2005 " के लिए निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्:
(1) for the letters , figures , brackets and words "S.O. 909(E) datedthe 30th June, 2005" , the following shall be substituted, namely :- "S.O. 153(E) dated the 3rd February, 2005" ;
" का.आ. 153 ( अ ) दिनांक 3 फरवरी , 2005 " ;
( ii) " तीन वर्षों की अवधि के लिए " शब्दों के लिए निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्:
(ii) for the words " for a period of three years" , the following shall be substituted, namely: "for a period up to 31st August, 2005" ;
" 31 अगस्त, 2005 तक की अवधि के लिए";
(b) in the first paragraph relating to composition of the Maharashtra State Coastal Zone Management Authority, for the entry against serial number 12, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
(ख ) " महाराष्ट्र राज्य तटीय जोन प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण के गठन से संबंधित पहले पैरा में, क्रम संख्या 12 की प्रविष्टिके सामने निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टिको प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्:

टिप्पणी:-महाराष्ट्र तटीय जोन प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण का गठन करने वाला प्रधान आदेश को भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण में का. आ. 1231 (अ ) दिनांक 2 सितम्बर , 2005 के तहत प्रकाशित किया गया ।
