का.आ. 290(अ).- यतः , यहां नीचे उल्लिखित क्षेत्र के बारे में दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान-2001 में केन्द्र सरकार का जिन कुछ संशोधनों को करने का प्रस्ताव है, उन्हें दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1957 का 61 ) के खंड 44 के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में दिनांक 1 मार्च, 2005 की सं. का.आ. 271 (अ ) के तहत सार्वजनिक सूचना के रूप में भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया गया थाजिसमें उक्त अधिनियम के खंड 11 - क के उप-खंड ( 3 ) द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित आपत्तियां/सुझाव उक्त नोटिस जारी होने की तारीख से तीस दिन के अंदर आमंत्रित किए गए थे ।
2. यतः प्रस्तावित संशोधनों से संबंधित 1 मार्च 2005 की उपर्युक्त सार्वजनिक सूचना के प्रत्युत्तर में कोई आपत्ति/ सुझाव प्राप्त नहीं हुए और यतः केन्द्र सरकार ने मामले के सभी पहलुओं पर ध्यानपूर्वक विचार करने के पश्चात मास्टर प्लान 2001 को संशोधित करने का निर्णय लिया है ।
3. अतः अब उक्त अधिनियम के खंड 11 -क के उप खंड (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से उक्त दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।

(ii) दिनांक 1.8.1990 के भारत के राजपत्र के पृष्ठ 180 पर जिसे दिनांक 12.1.2004 की असाधारण राजपत्र अधिसूचना सं० का०आ० 56 (अ) द्वारा संशोधित किया गया था, उद्योगों को हटाने से संबंधित अनुलग्नक- ।।। मे दी गई दिल्ली की सीमा में निषिद्ध समूह " एच उद्योगों की सूची में फल श्रेणी के अंतर्गत क्रम सं. 1 पर दी गई मद के संबंध में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाते हैं अर्थात गाजीपुर में विशेष अपवादस्वरूप आधुनिक बूचड़खाने की अनुमति दी जाती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th March, 2006
S.O. 290 (E ).-Whereas , certain modifications which the Central Government proposed to make in the Master Plan for Delhi- 2001 regarding the area mentioned hereunder were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, as Public Notice vide No. S.O. 271 (E) dated 1st March, 2005 by the Delhi Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of Section 44 of the Delhi Development Act, 1956 (61 of 1957) inviting objections/suggestions as required by Sub- section (3) ofSection 11 -A ofthe said Act, within thirty days from the date of the said notice.
2. Whereas no objection/suggestion was received in response to the above stated public notice dated 1st March 2005 with regard to the proposed modifications and whereas the Central Government have, after carefully considering all aspects of the matter , decided to modify the Master Plan-2001.
3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 11 -A of the said Act , the Central Government hereby makes the following modifications in the said Master Plan for Delhi with effect from the date of Publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India.
