का.आ. 294( अ ) .-केन्द्र सरकार का दिल्ली मुख्य योजना/क्षेत्रीय योजना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव है, जिसे जनता की जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है ।
प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोई आपत्ति हो/सुझाव देना हो तो वह अपनी आपत्ति/ सुझाव इस सूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से 30 दिनों की अवधि के अन्दर लिखित रूप में प्रधान आयुक्त एवं सचिव, दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण, विकास सदन, ' बी'ब्लॉक, आई.एन.ए. , नई दिल्ली को भेज दें । आपत्ति करने/ सुझाव देने वाले व्यक्ति को अपना नाम और पता भी देना चाहिए :
संशोधन.
मदनपुर खादर में निम्नलिखित पॉकेटों के भूमि उपयोग में निम्नलिखित विवरण के अनुसार परिवर्तन करने का प्रस्ताव है :
1. मंदनपुर खादर में 37 हैक्टेयर ( निजी भूमि को छोड़कर ) भूमि का निम्नलिखित सीमा के अनुसार ' कृषि और जल निकाय ' से ' आवासीय' में परिवर्तन किया जाना प्रस्तावित है :
मदनपुर खादर, आई.ओ.सी. प्लांट को जाने वाली सड़क उत्तर

खेती की भूमि

फेज-1 मदनपुर खादर, फ्लाई, ऐश डाइज्, आगरा कनाल।
2. मदनपुर खादर में 1.05 हैक्टेयर भूमि का निम्नलिखित सीमा के अनुसार ' कृषि और जल निकाय', से ' सार्वजनिक और अर्ध- सार्वजनिक सुविधाओं' ( कब्रिस्तान/दफन स्थल/ श्मशान घाट ) में परिवर्तन किया जाना प्रस्तावित है :

प्रस्तावित संशोधन को दर्शाने वाला नक्शा निरीक्षण के लिए उपर्युक्त संदर्भित , अवधि के अंदर सभी कार्य दिवसों में संयुक्त निदेशक ( मुख्य योजना) के कार्यालय, छठी मंजिल, विकास मीनार, आई.पी. एस्टेट, नई दिल्ली में उपलब्ध होगा ।

S.O. 294(E) . The following modifications which the Central Government proposes to make in the Master Plan/ Zonal Plan for Delhi are hereby published for public information. Any personhaving objections /suggestions with respect to the proposed modification may send the objections /suggestions in writing to the Principal Commissioner-cum- Secretary, Delhi Development Authority, Vikas Sadan , ' B ' Block, INA, New Delhi , within a period of 30 days from the date ofissue of this notice. The person making the objections/ suggestions should also give his/her name and address :
