S.O. 299(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (i) of Section 5A of the Employees' ProvidentFunds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of1952) the Central Government hereby reconstitutes the Central Board of Trustees (EPF) constituted under the saidAct with the following amendments in this Ministry's Notification published in the Gazette of India having No. S.O. 1019(E) dated 21st September, 2004.
का.आ. 299( अ ) . कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि और प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952का 19 ) की धारा 5 ( क ) की उप- धारा ( i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत गठित केन्द्रीय न्यासी बोर्ड (ई.पी.एफ. ) का पुनर्गठन करती है तथा दिनांक 21 सितम्बर , 2004 को सं. का.आ. 1019( अ ) के अन्तर्गत भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना में निम्न संशोधन करती है :
In the said Notification under the heading "Vice- Chairman" appointed under clause (a) of Sub -section (1) ofSection 5-A" , the following entry shall be substituted in place of entry at Sl . No. 2 namely :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में " धारा 5 - क की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड (क ) की के शीर्षक उपाध्यक्ष की नियुक्ति " के अन्तर्गत क्रम संख्या 2 पर की गई प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्न प्रविष्टि को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्: -
Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Government of India, New Delhi .
श्रम और रोजगार राज्य मंत्री, भारत सरकार, नई दिल्ली ।
Further, in the said Notification dated 21st September , 2004, under the heading "Members - representatives of the Central Government appointed under clause (b) of Sub- section (1 ) of Section 5 -A", the following entry shall be substituted in place of entry at Sl. No. 3 namely :
आगे, 21 सितम्बर, 2004 की उक्त अधिसूचना में " धारा 5 (क) की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड (ख ) के शीर्षक केन्द्र सरकार के सदस्य प्रतिनिधि की नियुक्ति" के अन्तर्गत क्रम संख्या 3 पर की गई प्रविष्टिके स्थान पर निम्न प्रविष्टि को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा :
