का.आ. 306 (अ ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, बीज अधिनियम, 1966 (1966 का 54 ) की धारा 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय के जैव प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग में जैव प्रयोगशाला स्तर तक टिशूकल्चर द्वारा उद्धत प्रोपग्यूल्स के प्रमाणीकरण और उनके द्वारा विहित क्वालिटी को विनियमित करने के प्रयोजन के लिए प्रमाणीकरण अभिकरण के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्तहोगी ।

S.O. 306(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8 of the Seeds Act, 1966 (54 of 1966) , the Central Government hereby authorize Department ofBio- Technology , Ministry of Science and Technology , Government of India to act as CertificationAgency for the purpose for certification of the tissue culture - raised propagules upto laboratory level and to regulate its quality asprescribed by them.
2. This notification shall come into force on the date ofitspublication in the Official Gazette .
