का.आ. 307(अ ) . यतः यहां नीचे उल्लिखित क्षेत्र के बारे में दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान 2001 में केन्द्र सरकार का जिन कुछ संशोधनों को करने काप्रस्ताव है , उन्हें दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1957 का 61 ) की धारा 44 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार दिनांक 17-8-2005 के सं. का. आ. 1143( अ ) , के तहत सार्वजनिक सूचना के रूप में भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया गया था, जिसमें उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 - ए की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित उक्त नोटिस की तारीख के तीस दिन के भीतर आपत्तियां/ सुझाव आमंत्रित किए गए थे ।
2. यतः प्रस्तावित संशोधन के बारे में कोई आपत्तियां/सुझाव प्राप्त नहीं हुए और यतः केन्द्र सरकार ने मामले के सभी पहलुओं पर ध्यानपूर्वक विचार करने के पश्चात् दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान , 2001 को संशोधित करने का निर्णय लिया है ।
3. अतः , अब, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 - ए की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से उक्त दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान, 2001 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
संशोधन:
सेक्टर 14, द्वारका , फेज- II, में निम्नलिखित 23, 180 वर्ग मी. ( 5.72 एकड़ ) भू- क्षेत्र के भू- उपयोग में निम्नलिखित अनुसार परिवर्तन किया जाता है :-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 10th March , 2006
S.O. 307 (E) . Whereas certain modifications which the Central Government proposed to make in the Master Plan for Delhi, 2001 regarding the area mentioned hereunder were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , as Public Notice vide No. SO . 1143(E) , dated 17th August, 2005 by the Delhi Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of Section44 ofthe Delhi Development Act, 1956 (61 of 1957) inviting objections/suggestions as required by Sub- section (3) ofSection 11 -A of the said Act, within thirty days from the date of the said notice .
2. Whereas no objection/suggestion was received with regard to the proposed modification and whereas the Central Government have , after carefully considering all aspects ofthe matter , decided to modify the Master Plan for Delhi , 2001 .
: 3. Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (2) of Section 11 -A of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following modification in the said Master Plan for Delhi , 2001 with effect from the date of publication ofthis Notification in the Gazette of India .

Thelanduse ofthe following area measuring 23,180 sqm . (5.72 acres) at Sector 14 Dwarka, Phase II be changed as per description listed below:-
