सं. काविकाप्र / 11552/078 /वीआरआर.-बैंककारी कंपनी (उपक्रमों का अर्जन और अंतरण ) अधिनियम, 1970 की धारा 12 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केनरा बैंक का निदेशक मंडल, भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक से परामर्श करके तथा केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी से, केनरा बैंक (अधिकारी ) सेवा विनियम, 1979 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्:-
No. PWPM/11552/078/VRR.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 read with Sub- section ( 2) ofSection 12 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer ofUndertakings) Act, 1970, the Board of Directors ofCanara Bank in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments to the Canara Bank (Officers') Service Regulations , 1979, namely:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ ( 1 ) ये विनियम केनरा बैंक (अधिकारी ) सेवा ( संशोधन ) विनियम , 2006 कहलाएंगे ।
1. Short Title and Commencement : ( 1) These Regulations may be called the Canara Bank ( Officers ' ) Service (Amendment ) Regulations, 2006.
(2) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तारीख सेलागू होंगे ।
(2) These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette . 2. In the CanaraBank (Officers ' ) Service Regulations , 1979, for Sub -Regulation (2) ofRegulation6, the following Sub -Regulation shall be substituted, namely :-
2. केनरा बैंक ( अधिकारी ) सेवा विनियम, 1979 में, विनियम 6 के उप-विनियम ( 2 ) के लिए, निम्नलिखित उप - विनियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
"(2) For the purpose of categorisation of posts under Sub-Regulation ( 1 ) , every branch of the Bank shall be classified by the Bank, in accordance with the criteria to be approved by the Board of theBank."
" ( 2) उप- विनियम ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत आने वाले पदों के प्रवर्गीकरण के प्रयोजन के लिए, बैंक की प्रत्येक शाखा बैंक के बोर्ड द्वारा अनुमोदित किए जाने वाले मानदण्डोंके अनुसार बैंक द्वारा वर्गीकृत की जाएगी । "
