का.आ. 314(अ).-विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005का 28 ) की धारा 8 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खड ( ii ) में दिनांक 10 फरवरी , 2006 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय ( वाणिज्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 195 ( अ) , दिनांक 10 फरवरी, 2006 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम सं. 1 के सामने उल्लिखित प्रविष्टिमें " अपर सचिव, भारत सरकार " शब्दों के स्थान पर " विशेष सचिव, भारत सरकार" शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi, the 13th March, 2006
S.O. 314(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 8 of Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce) , number S.O. 195 (E ) dated the 10th February, 2006, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii) dated the 10th February, 2006, namely :-
Inthe said notification, in the entry against serial number 1 , for the words " Additional Secretary to the Government of India " , the words " Special Secretary to the Government of India " shall be substituted .
