का.आ. 324(अ).- सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 74 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, एतद्वारा भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं. 19-सीमाशुल्क, दिनांक 6 फरवरी , 1965, का.आ. 426, दिनांक 6 फरवरी , 1965 में निम्नलिखित और आगे संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् : -
उपरोक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित सारणी रखी जाएगी, अर्थात् :-

S.O.324(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of section 74 of the Customs Act, 1962 ( 52 of 1962) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of 3

the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No.19 - Customs , dated the 6th February, 1965 , S.O. 426 , dated the 6th February, 1965 , namely: -
