आ.अ. 17 (अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1950 ( 1950 का 54 ) की धारा 13 कक की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) के अनुसरण में, निर्वाचन आयोग , असम राज्य में जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति के सम्बन्ध में अपनी अधिसूचना सं० 508 / असम/2005 तारीख 29 दिसम्बर, 2005, में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) , ( 2 ) और ( 3 ) में, मद सं० 07- कोक्राझाड़, 12- कामरूप ( ग्रामीण ) , 13- कामरूप (मैट्रो ) के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी :

N. 17 (E) .- In pursuance of Sub - sections ( 1 ) and (2) of Section 13AA of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (54 of 1950), the Election Commission, hereby, makes the following amendments to its Notification No. 508/AS/2005, dated 29th December , 2005, relating to the appointment of District Election Officers in the State of Assam namely :-
In columns ( 1 ) , (2) and (3 ) of the Table appended to the said Notification in place of the existing entries of items No. 7-Kokrajhar, 12 -Kamrup (Rural ) and 13 -Kamrup (Metro ) the following entries and changes shall be affected and substituted :-
