का.आ. 338 (अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम 1956 ( 1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1435 (अ), तारीख 29 सितम्बर, 2005 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खण्ड 3 , उपखण्ड (ii ) में तारीख 30 सितम्बर, 2005 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात :-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, -
66 (क) उपमण्डल अधिकारी, दौसा " शब्दों के स्थान पर राजस्व, जयपुर " शब्द, कोष्ठक और अंक रखे जायेंगे । " अपर कलक्टर (III) , प्रभारी अधिकारी, (ख) अनुसूची में, -
( i ) " जिला : दौसा " शीर्ष के स्थान पर " जिला : जयपुर " शीर्ष रखा जायेगा;
(ii) क्रम संख्या 5 के सामने स्तंभ (2) में " खौरी " गांव के स्थान पर " खोरी " गांव रखा जाएगा;
( iii) क्रम संख्या 12 के सामने स्तंभ (2) में " बाँसी " गांव के स्थान पर " बस्सी " गांव रखा जाएगा;
( iv) क्रम संख्या 13 के सामने स्तंभ (2) में " बिहारीपुरा मानसर खेडी " गांव के स्थान पर " फिलसन बिहारीपुरा " गांव रखा जाएगा;

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Govemment of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways , Department of Road , Transport and Highways , number S.O.1435 ( E ) , dated the 29th September , 2005, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II , Section - 3, sub- section(ii ) , dated the 30th , September, 2005 namely: -
In the said notification , -
(a) for the words "Sub - Divisional Officer , Dausa " , the words , brackets and figures , "Addl . Collector ( III ) ; Officer Incharge , Revenue , Jaipur " , shall be substituted.
( b) In the Schedule- ,
(0) for the heading "District : Dausa " , the heading " District Jaipur" shall be substituted ;
(ii ) against serial number 2 , in column (2) , for the village " Jotwara" , the village "Jatwara" shall be substituted;

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number 1434 (E) , dated the 29th September, 2005 in so far as it relates to village "Padli Meena " in " Tehsil : Jaipur, District: Jaipur" covered by the notification , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Govemment hereby authorises the Additional Collector ( III ) , Officer Incharge , Revenue , Jaipur , as the competent authorityto perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of stretch of land from km 63 to km 228 (Bharatpur- Jaipur Section ) of National Highway No. 11 for widening of the existing National Highway including construction of bypasses , if any , in the State of Rajasthan as specified in the Schedule below.

का.आ. 346(अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से अगले आदेशों तक नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट राजस्थान राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 11 के 63 कि.मी. से 228 कि.मी. S.O. 347(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a ) of section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956 ), the Central Government hereby authorises the Sub- Divisional Officer, Sikrai as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of stretch of land from km 63 to km 228 (Bharatpur Jaipur Section ) of National Highway No. 11 for widening of existing National Highway including construction of bypasses , if any, in the State of Rajasthan as specified in the Schedule below, till further orders .
