का.आ. 351 ( अ).-केन्द्र सरकार, इण्डिया पेपर एण्ड स्पाइस ट्रेड एसोसिएशन , कोची द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अंतर्गत दिए गए आवेदन पत्र पर, वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में और लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को 24-3-2006 से 23-3-2007 (दोनों दिन सम्मिलित ) तक एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए आर एस एस 4 रबड़ में अग्रिम संविदाओं के संबंध में मान्यता प्रदान करती है ।
S.O. 351 (E) . The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act , 1952 (74 of 1952) , by the India Pepper and Spice Trade Association , Kochi , and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interests so to do , hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6of the said Act, recognition to the said Exchange for a further period of one year from 24-3-2006 to 23-3-2007 (both days inclusive) in respect offorward contracts in RSS 4Rubber,
2. इसके द्वारा प्रदत्त मान्यता इस शर्त के अधीन है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय- समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी।
2. The recognition hereby, granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions , as may, from time to time, be given by the Forward Markets Commission.
